This year, our Saturday morning will look different. Each church will decide on their service projects around the community and all students are invited to sign up for those projects prior to the conference. This will go on from 9am-11am. Students are expected back at BT CHURCH at 2pm for the remainder of the conference.

Parents, we need you! you’ll be responsible for your own student’s transportation to and from the event each day, including the optional after parties off campus and your church’s option for Saturday morning service projects.

Our schedule has changed! We will not be providing a collective meal at the conference. We recommend for you to eat a meal before arriving Friday night for check-in and Saturday before doors open at 2pm. Food trucks will be available Saturday night if you choose to buy a meal then.

During One wknd, your student may have practice/games/activities going on. Our desire is that students not miss any part of the conference, but if a student must leave, a Time Away Form must be filled out and given to their specific Church Leader or Group Leader.

If you’d like to volunteer at the conference, you can head to the registration page and specify the church/group you desire to volunteer with and the area within that church that you’d like to serve.
